Comments on my plans?

So i have a stop off at CDG Airport overnight. I land at 8PM and leave at 10AM the next day. I'm thinking i should be out of the airport by 9PM. I'll take a taxi to the Tour Eiffel stay there till it closes at midnight then head over to the Champs-Elys�es for the rest of the night. I hear there's a lot of Pubs, Cafes and bars open very very late there. Then just head back to the airport. Sound like a good plan? Any better ideas?
