Is ISOPURE PROTEIN low/zero carb good for gaining LEAN MUSCLE M?

The only thing to cut off the extra fat in the body is cardio. Especially the midsection. Protein shakes are extremely hard on your liver and can eventually cause problems. Most people get enough protein from their diets as it is and don't need anymore. Think of it this way, the protein you don't use, will turn into the fat which is exactly what you're trying to get rid of. Add cardio to your routine and maybe re-evaluate your weight lifting because tweaking it a little will help you add lean muscle.
