My boyfriend will not text me back.?

my boyfriend an i have been going out for a year he is 22 an im 16 turing 17 when we got together i was truing 16 an he had just tured 21 well anyways i kept sneaking him into my house an finally we got cought i ran away for a few hours an had him drop me off at my cuzins house wll i when back home i never told who it was the cops toom my phone an found out everthing for them selves an he got put in jail for 8 months. well now were back together we are not suposed to be taking at all but we love each other an were not gonna stay apart. well now we hardly talk hes doin alot of bad thinigs an im worriedabout him an he will not txt me back. we have not talked sence yesterday afternoon at 5 an its almost 3 now. idk what to do i love him but ughhhhhhhhhhh
