Recipe for drink like Carnation Instant Breakfast (Cafe Mocha)?

Carnation used to make a flavor of Instant Breakfast called Cafe Mocha. It was my favorite drink, but they've stopped making it. I could either get it as a powder and mix it with milk, or I could buy it in cans already mixed. The cans seemed better to me, but both were good. Does anybody know how to make a drink that tastes the same?
