I'm attracted to my boss in a strange way. He's not the most goodlooking man, but his charm and attitude is?

hot. He's skinny, but a good height. Thing is, he too seems to respond in ways which either show interest, care, fatherly concern, lover actions (was has tamed down big time now! lol) He seems to smile to himself when walking towards me and look downwards, he'll also act differently when I'm around and more casually/jocular like, he used to brush my hand gently/briefly prior to the time I did an exam, went red when I was wearing a shirt which showed the outline of my bra,etc. We have an interesting relationship, hard to describe. Another thing is that when I'm wearing clothes which look really good, I've noticed that if he's in close proximity, he'll subtly look, but otherwise, he tries to avoid. You know that notion when you know someone is avoiding. Whereas other times, he's around so much more.
