American Policy towards Russia - Hostile?

Maybe the fact they have not given up on trying to take over the world. Like the Eastern Blocks of the cold war. They have not changed their agenda just their ways. They tried and lost against Reagan and it has taken them 20 years to recoup but the still have the elitist left attitude they can control the world. The have already started by taking small steps, they want the conflict between the terrorist and the US because they know the costs involved. At some point in time Russia and China will get into a conflict and they both have nukes. TIC TIC TIC TOC--boom. The Russians have never kept their word to us.
