Can you suggest some good bands? Mostly on the alternative/metal side i think?

The Killers, Muse, The Strokes, Mumford and Sons, Arctic Monkeys, Gorillaz, Blur, MGMT. They are all excellent in my opinion. Hope I've helped ^_^
