Do you think that chronic boredom is really an illness?

This is the time of year when this happens most. It is easy to fall into the trap of the season. You must force yourself into doing more. Start with a walk in the sunshine. Expand your walk. Exercise more. Do more. Force yourself to complete something. Find someone to walk/run/exercise with. Hang in there. It will be summer soon.
