Emancipation...the law..etc

im trying to get emancipated from my paents..my mother doest approve of my boyfriend he tries to ge along so we tried to fix the issue..but she said its not him..yet she still spazzez and yells at me and everything is a problem..shes pschyco ..she wanted me to get a job..i got one.. she talks shyt baout that too im trying to do right but she keeps stressing me..i cant take any of this longer..i have ppl to stay wif currently ..but she wont sign the emanicpation papers..is tehre any way i can fill them out and bring them to town hall..
