I am very sad and depress because i have been suffering from an untreatable disease "Pins and needles"?

My Doctor said it is due to anxiety and Depression so i took the drugs for this but after taking for sometime it became no effect so now i am left untreated , can anyone guide me . It is a Psych Doctor
