*NEW* HELP! infected navel belly on?

I don't know much about navel piercing but I know about infections. My belly on got infected once after one of those band-aid surgeries. Clean the navel with peroxide 3-4 times a day and put Betadine on it or iodine on it. If you are not allowed to put any of those meds on it just keep cleaning it with peroxide and use the stuff you were told to use to help heal it. If you use iodine or Betadine the peroxide will wash it off every time you use the peroxide. DO NOT use neosporin or any kind of cream or ointment, it will not allow it to heal. My Dr just took a scalpel in his office and sliced the cut back open in my belly on and dumped Betadine in it. The infection cleared right up.Hospitals always use Betadine on patients who are having surgery to keep infection away.
