Rich Americans have hid their monies illegally in foreign banks,to avoid taxes,shouldn't they be pardoned??,

It has come to be known that hundreds of the richest peoples in America,,have illegally not declared they have large amounts of monies in foreign banks for the purpose of tax evasion..At this point,,$20biillion in taxes have been avoided by these peoples..Shouldn't Bush just pardon all of them so that they can still call themselves ''Great Americans,",and the people who now are making this known will be quiet and accept the fact ,,they are just ''whining''?? After all,,isn't it the rich and Big Business the ones who has placed America in the state we are in today?? Shouldn't all the ''SHEEPLE'' just demand all this probing end at once ?? SOLOMON
