The Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go Plan?

I was kind of confused when I was reading about the pay as you go plan on their website.So they sell top up cards for talking?Right?Do they also sell top up cards for texting?And for Web Browsing?Is this plan a good deal?If you are with the Virgin Mobile pay as you go plan do you like it?What is their best phone in your opinion?Sorry there is so many questions haha.I am thinking of switching over to VM from Sprint.
