Where can i get heating and lighting bulbs for my turtle?

so i got this turtle for my birthday its a red-eared slider and i guess it needs heating and lighting lights and i wanted to know where can i get them the closests cities by where i live are sanger and fresno but fresno is farther and i dont really wana go all the way to fresno i know i can get them at pet smart but thats kind of far so i wanted to know if i could get them at walmart or whats a good place to go??
