Why do we see more and more attacks on male genitalia?

If searching yahoo for "give up mister" we see a karate match with a girl pitted against a male. She of course grabs the gonads as her defense. A low underhanded blow to say the least, then scoffs at the poor male when he tries to refuse to tap out. I feel bad for this guy. Why do we see more and more shows and videos of people teaching females to hurt men in thier gentials when fighting? Do guys teach each other this all the time? NO! I get a pit in my stomach when I watch this (I'm a male). Is this the only way a girl can win at a fight with a male? And what is she to do if she's fighting a guy on PCP that doesn't feel pain? Or a drunk man, or a guy that has no gonads because they were surgically removed? Is the female then helpless?
