(girls answer only plz) how do i convince my mom to let me shave my legs?

please do not judge me on how young i am and i want to shave ok? well anyway, i am 11 and my legs aren't MAJORLY hairy, and you can see some on my thighs. my mom says she doesn't want to let me shave because i am "too young" but she is letting me shave my underarms. i am going to honolulu this summer and i really want to branch out with shorts and skirts or the beach and hot weather, but how can i convince her? please help me! on monday i desperately want to wear shorts to school, and my shorts and shorter than where my tips of my fingers go.... so you can see my thigh hairs. help me please? any advice is thanked greatly.
