How can i train my two puppies not to bite?

i have just gotten these 2 female lab-German Shepard mixes for free and they are 10 weeks this week. i have a runt and a fat one named Jinx and Gypsy. they both have huge biting problems. we got them teething bones and the package said that they would stop destruction chewing later in life but they are more interested in biting my friends and other people then the bones how do i stop this?
