How do I tan as a redhead?

Ya I'm pale and I have freckles but I wouldn't say alot. My arms are tan for some reason with freckles but idk how they are lol. I was wondering how I could get tan like my arms? Don't say sunless tanning lotion, spray tan, dont tan at all because I don't feel like hearing the same thing over again. So yeah; How do I tan as a redhead. Ik I'm more prone to skin cancer don't say it lol. I'm well aware of melanin production and everything I've researched it extensively. Please reply thanks.
