How should I handle this situation in the future?

it would have been good to call the cops. if people think your a snitch it doesn't matter because you did the right thing but it doesnt meen you have to tell every secret in the world but to follow your heart because heaven and hell are only 18 inches away from eachother. It's between your heart and head.
