Why is it that hard to change?

Recently I have had a question on my mind, the question being not very easy to explain with just a few words, sentences, or paragraphs. I have had what could be considered in the mind of a "normal" person as a radical or critically difficult question. Some may say it could related to the chemical imbalance of a persons mind, but I believe as just a very intense and hard to swallow logically thought or fact. I would like to know what is it that causes peoples to not view a way to change the central taught lifestyle, or known as the standard that one person that wishes to succeed in America, or any place in the world in this case, as a probable and possible idea to work towards to change? If our world is in such crisis and chaos, have their been ideas to consider what may cause this refusal to see central ideals of current life that is to be seen as what should be are taught and is rippled throughout the world as to "control and protect" us as a world of humans living together in a sense of false security and obviously overlooked problems and flaws rooting to considered what should or otherwise seen as the impossible to change,expressed in the phase as "that's life". Is it that the refusal is not seen as important to change in our society's leaders and the confused and non-hopeful accepting persons influences eyes, is it that the problems are not considered as wrong, but as the right way to think. To worship money, work as your are supposed to instructed by the government shall instruct as the only way to achieve a place in life, and follow the laws the have supposedly been believed successful in protecting the people and allowing freedom of the people since the beginning of time, but really why is it that i think that is not so free about it? Could there be a possibility that with the laws that are current could be the result of all of our problems, to the rebellion, wars, poverty, the sense of no freedom or practice, and on the top of all of that the thought of not being able to change? Could the laws cause the independent and individual person to become what they will or will not become or will or will not do, or even one could ume to affect what and what will not affect the other humans around them be the result of the standard? Who is to say that with so much that is kept under control and taught so early as the though of "life" does not cause that very problems going on in our current time? What it could be seen as is why do people do as they say, but have the belief or being free, but know that they are truly not free deep down, and do nothing to convince others that is a very enormous change that has to be made. It can only mean changing the whole standard of the way we have accepted and refuse to stop following the pattern that all do follow in their own ways, and to consider the thought that could ever change as a radical and wacky/crazy thought. I encourage that any person that may or may not consider the standard that we all choose or choose not to follow causes everything that our future will behold to think of what is it that they believe in and how it relates to what they do in their lives that are consider to be so right and fulfilling, and how it also relates to a lack of communication or refusal to speak and be heard in ear that their opinions will not be respected.by the vast majority that are hypnotized by the sense of not being able this to work because of the all the money and greed the deceitfulness and personal benefit of the hypnotist' (the leaders of this very world).from the current result of all this way we provide them with such entertainment and to many easy outs and no clue that they love to see that their is ones to refuse to stress theirs minds about what they were shown as the only way to live, and none shall live better then the ones that shall follow, and all those who oppose will not change it or will just simply end dead or worse, which is none the concern of the superiors, the elite. So what I think I am asking is, why is it people follow this standard, which some will never care to change, but work towards to a false belief that it will ever change when none really consider or own choice to follow that very standard is just keeping the thought of the impossible to ever change?
